Terms of Service for DevSnit Social

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DevSnit Social. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service
DevSnit Social is a private social media management and scheduling platform that allows authorized users to connect social media accounts, upload media, create drafts, schedule posts, publish content, monitor status, and manage related workflows through supported third-party platform integrations.
The service may integrate with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Mastodon, and other supported platforms, depending on available APIs, user permissions, and platform approval.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
You may use DevSnit Social only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and are authorized by DevSnit Ignited S.R.L. or by the relevant client or organization.
4. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Social media account permissions
You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are legally authorized to manage. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have permission to grant DevSnit Social the requested access.
6. Third-party platform terms
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms, policies, community standards, advertising rules, API rules, and developer policies.
7. User content
You are solely responsible for all text, captions, images, videos, links, files, comments, and other content uploaded, scheduled, or published through DevSnit Social.
8. Publishing and scheduling
DevSnit Social facilitates publishing and scheduling through supported APIs and platform integrations. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept, display, publish, schedule, distribute, recommend, or maintain any content.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for illegal, unauthorized, deceptive, abusive, infringing, spammy, or harmful purposes, connect accounts without authorization, bypass platform restrictions, or interfere with the service.
10. Intellectual property
DevSnit Social is operated by DevSnit Ignited S.R.L. Users retain ownership of their own content, subject to the rights needed to process, upload, schedule, publish, display, and manage that content as requested.
11. Privacy and data protection
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Service availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may depend on third-party APIs and may change due to platform changes, approval status, rate limits, maintenance, or security needs.
13. Fees and client agreements
Where DevSnit Social is provided as part of a commercial relationship, fees, scope, deliverables, and responsibilities may be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being used unlawfully, without authorization, in breach of these Terms, or in breach of third-party platform policies.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee results, engagement, reach, follower growth, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevSnit Ignited S.R.L. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevSnit Ignited S.R.L. from claims arising from your content, connected accounts, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party platform policies.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements change.
